He was predeceased by: his father David Franklin Proctor (Billie Vern Proctor). He is survived by: his children, Brittany Proctor (Mark), DJ Proctor (Natasha), James Richardson (Jenn) and Corey Brown; his grandchildren, Holley Proctor, Delila Proctor and Zakai Richardson; his mother Billie Vern Proctor; and his siblings, Jami Phillips (Ed) and Jody Proctor.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any donations be made to Warrenton Rural Fire Department in his memory.
