With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harvey Suel Neal of Warrenton, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Mason and Beulah Vaughan Neal; his wife Judy Fitchett Neal; and his siblings, Jerry Neal, Billy "Root" Neal, Vance Neal, Wallace Neal, Agnis Parrish and Juanita Coghill.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Neal Wagner and Tommy Neal; his grandchildren, Timothy Buchanan and D. J. Bolton; his great grandchild Jacob Bolton; and his niece Lydia Fowler.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Blaylock Funeral Home - Warrenton (203 N Front St, Warrenton, NC 27589). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Reedy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery (160 Rosser Rd, Macon, NC 27551).
