He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Kearney; his children, Tawana Miller of Portsmouth, Kim Boyd (Donald), Jamie Batts, Tenita Batts and Keith Batts (Kenyatta); his siblings, Willis Kearney, Jr. (Cherryl) of Portsmouth, Virginia and Cheryl Knight of Portsmouth, Virginia; his siblings-in-law, Robert Dunston, Jr. (Angela) and Dolly Howerton (Calvin); and his cousin Ashley Kearney (Sherry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
