He is survived by: his wife Sheri Young; his children, Reverend Dedrick Young (Shontell), DeAndra Young, Mica Hawkins, Shari Young of Burlington and Tre'Young (Katina) of Petersburg, VA; his grandchildren, LeAnna Young, Derius Alston, Brandon Young, Brianne Vincent, Maliyah Young, Mariah Young, Jayvion Shoffner and Dallas Daye; his siblings, Emery Young (Marcia) of Zebulon, NC, Jason Young (Jeannette) of Baltimore, MD, Kelvin Young (Norma) of Dunn, NC, Alfreda Burchette of Manson, NC, Lenora Young of Raleigh, NC and Cheryl Alston of Wendell, NC; his siblings-in-law, Sheila Anderson of Burlington, NC, Donielle Boone of San Antonio, TX, Teia Boone of Greensboro, NC, Maurice Shavers Burlington (Diane) and Terry Williams of Wendell, NC; and his aunt Shirley Alston of Kernersville, NC. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
