He is survived by : his wife Donna Carter; his children, Jamie Carter (Samantha) and Carrie Amador (Mario); his siblings, Jerry Allan Carter of Warsaw, NC, Margaret Ann Boan (Kevin) of New York and Diane Blackburn of Goldsboro, NC.; and his grandchildren, Kayla Carter, Sidnie Carter, Sadie Amador Carter and Bentley Carter.
