She is survived by: her children, Septavious Carlton and Shalone A. Carlton (Takia); her siblings, Edna Hicks, Rudy Carlton, Rev. William T. Carlton (Deborah Carlton) and Ricky Carlton (Dorothy); and her grandchildren, William Burgess Jr., Alyssa Carlton, Alyse Carlton and Shalone X Carlton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
