He was predeceased by: his daughters, Brandi Taylor and Samantha Taylor; and his brother Rodney Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Charity C. Taylor; his children, Nicholas Locklear (Celeste) of Beulaville, Matthew Hall of Beulaville, Jaron Hall of Beulaville, Harrison Bennett of Beulaville, Carrie Taylor of Beulaville, Rachel Pender (Kalvin) of Kenansville, Hailey Locklear of Beulaville and Bella Hall of Beulaville; his grandchildren, Sara Baines, Maddie Baines, Gabreial Hernandez, Andrew Pender, Sienna Pender, Kai Pender, Jasper Caron-Locklear and Liam Caron-Wilson; his parents, Robert Taylor and Myra Phipps Taylor; and his brothers, Phillip Taylor of Clinton and Eddie Taylor (Karon) of Warsaw. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
