Buddy Harris Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Buddy Harris of Washington, North Carolina, who passed away on November 2, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Buddy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Buddy farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thad Harris and Maggie Rawls Harris. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Jefferson Harris; his daughter Pamela Harris Clark (Barry) of Chocowinity; his sister Ellen Kelly of Greenville; and his grandchildren, Matthew Lane Clark (Monica) and Megan Clark Sabillon (Douglas).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hope Church (2029 W 5th St, Washington, NC 27889). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
