With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Connie Jones (Washington, North Carolina), born in Beaufort, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 10, 2025 at the age of 67. As Connie departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Connie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Connie leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Jones and Dallas Harrington Jones; her brother Gary Jones; and her brother-in-law Elijah Alligood. She is survived by: her daughters, Samantha Stox (Edward) of Chocowinity, NC and Crystal Ball (Troy) of Washington; and her sisters, Brenda Cahoon and Barbara Alligood. She is also survived by grandchildren.
