He is survived by: his wife Shelia Ann Toler Clark; his children, Kimberly Clark Hiatt (Norman), David Clark, Jr. and Anthony Clark; his grandchildren, Chase Hiatt (Jessica) of Washington, Haley Braddy (Joseph) of Washington, Landon Clark, Hollie Clark, Alex Clark (Sarah) of Blounts Creek and Tyler Clark (Kathryn) of Wilmington; his siblings, Osborne W. Clark (Debbie), Thomas G. Clark (Ann), Terry L. Clark (Christi) and Linda C Williams; and his sisters-in-law, Christine Clark, Betty Clark and Debbie Clark.
