He is survived by: his children, David Mayo (Sara) of Aurora and Paris (Donald) of Chocowinity; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Ballance, Wade Mayo, Maria Wainwright and Alex Wainwright; and his sister Carole (Cooke). He is also survived by many extended family members, lifelong friends, neighbors.
