Though Delilah may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her children, Davis Jessie, Marilyn Strange and Debra Pilkington; her brother Bill Black; and her granddaughter Candice Garner.
She is survived by: her husband James Evans Sr.; her children, Jim Evans Jr. (Ada), Adam Bolton (Mary), Tony Bolton and Tonya Evans; and her sister Nancy Mclean. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
