Silverthorne of Washington, North Carolina, born in Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fenner Vernon Woolard and Retha Gurganus Woolard; her husband William Henry Silverthorne; and her son-in-law Jackie Kent Paul. She is survived by: her children, Kay Silverthorne Plice (Jim) of Grimesland, Nicolette "Nikki" Silverthorne Woolard of Washington and William Vernon Silverthorne (Teresa) of Washington; her siblings, Fenner V. "Sammy" Woolard Jr. (Mary Beth) of Chesapeake, VA, Phil O. Woolard (Bertha "Doodle Bug") of Chesapeake, VA, Jerry and Sue W. Woolard of Washington; her grandchildren, Dawn Runyan, Jacob Jacobus, Jared Jacobus, Penny Paul, Kent Paul, Jason Paul, Jody Sullivan, Andy Woolard and Steven Silverthorne; her daughter Debra Silverthorne Paul; her siblings, Robert Lavern Woolard of Henry Lafayette, Donald Woolard, Johnnie W. Goodbred and Frances W. Newcomb; and her siblings-in-law, Gene Autry Woolard, Lloyd "Red" Goodbred, Clarence Newcomb, Margaret L. Woolard, Miriam P. Woolard and Margie S. Woolard. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; seven step great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
