He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Jane Smith; his children, Amy Youmans Cripe (Craig) of Bath, NC and Edwin Riley Youmans of Washington, NC; his grandchildren, Tristen Youmans, Peyton Youmans and Michael Cripe; and his siblings, Gus Youmans of Washington, NC, Eric Youmans of Siler City, NC and Noel Youmans of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
