She was predeceased by: her parents, Carol Jean Vick and Beryl Foreman; her stepparents, Edith C. Foreman and Marvin Keech; her siblings, Beryl T Foreman Jr., Ruby Casper, Judy Foreman, George T. Forman, Hazel Kurt and Jessie Foreman; her grandmother Irene Vick; and her mother-in-law Edna O'Carroll.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy Lee Perry; her children, Timothy Lee Perry Jr., Matthew Vick and Allison Pearl Perry; her brother Billy Coward; and her grandchildren, Jaden Boomer, Harmony Boomer, Trevon Boomer, Jaliel Swain and Kylie Nevaeh. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
