She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend John Oscar Williams and Maggie Wheeler Williams; her husband William Thomas O'Pharrow; and her siblings, Benajamin Franklin, John Coolidge, Carrie King, Virginia Goudy, Julius Smith, Sr., Olin Williams, James Smith and Janie Willis.
She is survived by: her son William Thomas O'Pharrow, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Courtney, Tre, Kairee, Maurice, Jon, Avia and Brien. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren; a host of other close relatives and friends.
