He was predeceased by: his parents, William Albert and Lillian Woolard; his daughter Amy Lynn Woolard; and his siblings, Melvin Taylor Woolard, Francis Williams, Reba Ann Hamilton, Carol Faye Dekle and Jean Porter.
He is survived by: his sons, Carl Wayne Woolard (Becky) of Washington, William Harley Woolard of Washington and Jerry Lane Woolard of Washington; his grandsons, Stephen Keith Woolard and Derek Wayne Woolard; and his great grandchildren, Rhylynn Woolard and Adalynn Woolard. He is also survived by one half-sister, two half-brothers.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pamlico Memorial Gardens (161 Avon Ave, Washington, NC 27889).
