He is survived by: his sons, Carl Wayne Woolard (Becky) of Washington, William Harley Woolard of Washington and Jerry Lane Woolard of Washington; his half-siblings, Patsy Wilson (Don), Marty Raine Woolard (Patricia) and Todd Jay Woolard (Stephanie); his grandsons, Stephen Keith Woolard and Derek Wayne Woolard; and his great grandchildren, Rhylynn Woolard and Adalynn Woolard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
