She was predeceased by: her parents, Dutch Norfleet and Helen Norfleet; her son Keith Edward Bordeaux; her grandson Cody Lee Benton; and her sisters, Dolores Boudreau and Carla Holden.
She is survived by: her children, Mona Kristina Benton (Kirby Benton) and Louden "Kenny" Suggs (Rita Suggs); her grandchildren, Brookelyne Mustachia (David Mustachia), Jonathan Suggs (Amber Suggs) and Oliver Suggs; her great grandchildren, Tatum, Aubrey and Easton Mustachia; and her sister Carol Benton. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, and her grandnieces and grandnephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Tranter's Creek Campground Pavilion (6573 Clarks Neck Rd, Washington, NC 27889).
