He is survived by: his wife Tammy Swanner Moore of Washington; his parents, Ann Moore and William Moore of Wilmington; his brother Andy Moore; his sister-in-law Jamie Moore of Mount Juliet, Tennessee; his daughter Madison Moore of Wilmington; his sisters-in-law, Renee Toler of Washington and Heather Swanner of Washington; and his nephews, Landen Moore of Wilmington and Allen Swanner Jr. of Washington. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends, coworkers.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Service (4500 US-264, Washington, NC 27889). A memorial service was held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
