He is survived by: his wife Freda Carol Cowan Lewis; his siblings, Noel Edward Lewis (Carlean) and Wanda Inez Lassiter; his children, Michael David Lewis (Bethany), Michele Ann Lewis and Melinda Lynn Walker (Darren); his grandchildren, Britney Jade Greenfield (Aaron), Collin Michael Lewis, Abby Danielle Walker, Parker David Lewis, Sydney Shae McClure (Drew), Halle Beth Smith (Spencer) and Lleyton Tal Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Karis Jade Greenfield and John Beckham McClure. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
