He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Leondas Hudson and Polly Hodges Hudson; and his brothers, Donnie Lee Hudson, Craig Steven Hudson and Jeffrey Dean Hudson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Diane Pinkham; his sons, Joey Earl Hudson II (Amy) of Washington and Daniel McAlan Hudson (Heather) of Pinetown; his siblings, William Rodney Hudson (Becky) of Greenville, Brenda Hudson Mincey and Cheryl Hudson Sykes of Washington; and his grandchildren, Joey E. "Trey" Hudson, III, Riley Kate Hudson, Megan Lee Hudson and Alan Foreman Hudson.
