She was predeceased by: her husband Benjamin Thomas Alligood; and her parents, Arthur Chadwick and Martha Chadwick. She is survived by: her children, Lori Baker, Karen Ayers, Debora Midyette, Angel Cutler, Irene Sloan, Janet Yatman and Larry Alligood of North Carolina; and her siblings, Rodney, Jack, Vayle, Ockie, Larry, Doris, Gladys and Brend. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
