She is survived by: her husband Glenn Taylor Sheppard; her children, Debra "Debbie" Sheppard Rouse (Gifts) of Washington and Glenn Sheppard, Jr. (Tracy) of Washington; her siblings, Charlie Ray Alligood (Brenda) of Washington, Luther Thomas Alligood (Barbie) of Washington, Edna Sheppard (Jerry) of Washington, Shirley Marie Galloway (Bill) of Bath, Dorothy Lewis of Washington and Peggy Cherry of Washington; her grandchildren, Brandy Edwards, Samantha Wallace (Chad) and Jesse Skinner (Brigette); and her great grandchildren, Cheyenne Herring, Brailee Mae Skinner, Willow Wallace and Elton Thomas Skinner.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Paul Funeral Home - Washington (900 John Small Ave, Washington, NC 27889). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
