She is survived by: her sons, Charles Fowler Cowell III and Patrick Leslie Cowell (Kathy) of Phoenix, Arizona; and her sisters, Hazel M. Winslow (Paul) of Wilson and Joyce M. Gardner of Washington. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Paul Funeral Home & Crematory (900 John Small Ave, Washington, NC 27889). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory (900 John Small Ave, Washington, NC 27889).
