He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Blackman and Barbara Shepherd Blackman; his wife Vicki Moore Blackman; his sons, Noah Blackman and Zachary Blackman (Rebekah); his grandsons, Caleb Blackman and Jared Blackman; his siblings, Jeanne Poe (Daryl) of Fuquay Varina, Tina Burden (Timothy) of Raleigh and Mark Blackman (Susan) of Clayton; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Moore (Bud) and Amy Warren (Michael Jon). He was also cherished by his kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews.
