He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Lee Isbell and Mary Frances Waugh Isbell; and his sister Shaunna Isbell. He is survived by : his wife Jo Ann Alligood; his daughters, Elizabeth I. Baker (Keith) of Youngsville, N. C. and Catherine I. King (Travis) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Sarah Baker, Caroline Baker, Rachel Baker, Jameson Isbell and Maya King; and his sister Melissa Lewis (Garrett) of Elizabeth City.
