He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Woolard, Sr. and Edna Mae Congleton Woolard; and his brothers, William Marshall Woolard, Bobby Eugene Woolard, James Earl Woolard and Guy Lester Woolard.
He is survived by: his brother Benjamin F. Woolard, Jr. (Mary) of Washington; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara A. Woolard of Washington, Sharon Woolard of Tarboro, Charlene Woolard of Washington and Kathy Chaparro of Lexington. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Paul Funeral Home - Washington (900 John Small Ave, Washington, NC 27889). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
