He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert Whitehead and Lillian Carrier Whitehead Mendes; and his sister Vivian Noble. He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann; his sons, Jason Whitehead (Heather) of Attleboro, MA and Jimmy Whitehead (Deri) of Plainville, MA; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Jason, Devon, Brady, Eli and Mikayla of Massachusetts.
