He was predeceased by: his father Robert Neal Harbor. He is survived by: his mother Betty Jane Phillips Harbor; his sister Betty Lynn West (David West); and his nieces, Brooke Alexandra West and Paige Elizabeth Haynes (Samuel Barratt).
