He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Fisher (Virlina Ruth Fisher) and Ruth Fisher; and his sister Brenda Jane Till (Bruce) of Washington. He is survived by: his son Timothy'Allen'Fisher, Jr. of Newburyport, MA; his friend Lynne Fancher Fisher of Chocowinity, NC; and his sister Barbara Ann Alligood (Dalton) of Washington, NC.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
