He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Andrews Tate and Lindsey Tate. He is survived by: his sister Kimberly Tate Bousquet (Ron); his sons, Travis Tate Jr. (Shasta) and Justin Tate; and his grandchildren, Tara, Luke, Simon, Travis, Joseph, Grayson, Sailor and Skylar.
