He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Oris Watkins, Jr. and Betty Frances Long Watkins; and his son Trent Emery Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Faith Williams; his sons, Tyler N. Watkins (Suzanne) of Washington and Ryal E. Watkins (Kristin) of Washington; his siblings, Fred O. Watkins (Lynda) of Washington, William "Billy" Watkins (Jeanne) of Washington and Frances Watkins Guilford (Wallace) of Washington; his grandchildren, Kendall W. Bowen (Avery), Emery G. Watkins, Trent Avery Watkins and Gentry Niles Watkins; his great grandchild William Rhys Bowen; his brother Don; and his sister-in-law Denise Warren of Washington.
