He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. Talley Sr. and Sarah B. Talley (Sally); and his sister Marylee Redding. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Talley; his sister Sarah Talley Kevitt; his children, Kathryn Armstrong, Kim Jones and Brent Talley; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Talley; and his grandchildren, Grace, Audrey, Reagan, Walker, Emma and Merritt.
