She is survived by: her husband Dwight Wayne Mize; her sons, Andrew Wayne Mize of Matthews, NC and Christopher Dwight Mize (Natalie Butler) of Charlotte, NC.; her stepson Douglas Wayne Mize (Janet) of Greer, SC; her stepgranddaughters, Rachel, Mary Katherine and Kayla; her stepchild Lauren Mize Phillips (Joe) of Marietta, GA; and her stepgrandchildren, Grey and Wesley.
A woman of deep and abiding Christian faith, Annette's life was guided by the messages of forgiveness, charity, and duty.
