She is survived by: her husband Charles Lloyd Puckett; her daughters, Teresa Puckett and Judy Allan (Michael); her grandchildren, Jessica Mosley (Brandon), Allen Boartfield (Nikki) and David Boartfield (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Cason and Lincoln Boartfield.
