She is survived by: her husband Tom Salisbury; her sons, Clifford "Ariel" McKinstry (Paige) and Patrick McKinstry; her grandchildren, Alexis, Heather, Patrick, Sky and Aslinn McKinstry; her brother George DeFord (Kathy); and her half-brother Robert DeFord.
