She was predeceased by : her parents, William Thomas Welsh and Gladys Croxton Welsh; her husband William Tate Robinson; and her siblings, Bill Welsh and Janice Haynes.

She is survived by : her children, Russell Robinson, Richard Robinson (Teresa), Patricia Sain and Sylvia Biggers; her brother Robert "Bob" Welsh; and her grandchildren, Michelle Plyler (Ronald), Renee Montgomery, Jason Biggers (Jessica), Carrie Curlee (Barry), Nathan Biggers (Tiffany), Ashley Gibson (Danny Jr.) and Katie Teter (Billy). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
