She is survived by: her husband David Godfrey; her sons, Kevin Godfrey (Beth) and Joe Godfrey (Shannon); her siblings, Dr. Christopher Ellison, Larry Bethune (Cindy) and Suellen Purvis (Jeff); her grandchildren, Kendall Godfrey, Molly Anne Godfrey and Grady Godfrey; and her pet Hazel.
