He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ralph Wingard, Sr. and Mae Earnhardt Wingard; his wife Mary Ann Grant; and his siblings, John Ralph Wingard, Jr., James Harold Wingard, Ruth Wingard Sensenbrenner and Ruby Wingard Harriman.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Lewis (John), Kim (David) of Texas, Cathy McKenzie (Brady) and Keith Wingard (Amity); his grandchildren, Tyler Lewis, Jonathan Lewis, Tucker Wingard, Ashton of Texas and Kendall McKenzie; and his caregivers, Karen and Miguel Ballesteros. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
