She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Moss and Laura Helms Moss; and her husband Earl Junior Carter. She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Carter (Rebecca) and Scott Carter (Terri); her sister Sue Morris; her grandchildren, Michael Carter, Christian Carter, Madalyn Carter, Ashley Steagall (Wes) and Natalie Helms (John); and her great grandchildren, Summer, Weston, Catie and Evie.
