Julia C. Griffith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia C. Griffith of Waxhaw, North Carolina, who passed away on April 4, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Rock Cheek; her husband James "Jim" Griffith; her children, James Russell Griffith and Mary Ann Griffith Snuffer; and her brothers, Toney, James and Ed Cheek.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Cynthia Griffith of Beckley, WV; her daughter Lesa Griffith Mueller (Craig) of Waxhaw, NC; her grandchildren, Alesa Van Ewing (Maurice), Patrick Snuffer, Kaitlyn Snuffer, Conrad Mueller (Cait) and Heidi Mueller; her great grandchildren, Michael and Baylor Ewing; her sister Wilda Byrge of Beckley, WV; and her pet Salem. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Julia's honor to Hospice of Union County, 700 W. Roosevelt Blvd., Monroe, NC 28110.
