He was predeceased by: his parents, William Blackwell and Dolly Blackwell. He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Brad Blackwell (Lisa) and JaLynne Ritter (Don); his stepson Tim Gibbs (Dana); and his grandchildren, Kyle, Grant, Jason, Hannah, Gretchen and Gracie.
