He was predeceased by: his father Doyle Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Simpson; his daughters, Kate Shaw (Nathanael Shaw) and Julia Chandler (Roland Chandler); his mother Carolyn Simpson; and his sister Natalie Simpson.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Covenant Church (800 Fullwood Ln, Matthews, NC 28105).
