Vargas and Dr. Roslyn Vargas; his siblings, Dr. Vera Woolard and Sergeant Julio C. Vargas, Jr.; his children, Emily, Nicholas and Ashton Vargas; the mother of his children Kristin; his nieces and nephews, Jillian, Alexandra Vargas, Madyson Woolard, Ryan Vargas and Brady Woolard; and his close friend Nicholas Killgo. He is also survived by many other friends and co-workers.
