He was predeceased by: his wife Billie Rice Couick. He is survived by: his sons, Nelson Couick (Jan) and Kevin Couick; his grandsons, Janson Couick (Corrine) and Bradley Couick (Samantha); his great grandchild Brooks Couick; and his close friend Barbara Ferguson. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
