He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Tate, Jr. and Minnie Ruth Woods Tate; and his sister Linda Suiter. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Selby Tate; his son Tyler Ross Tate; his siblings, Clark Gregory Tate III, William Tate (Juliette), Vernell Tate (Juliette) and Charlotte Ann Ferebee; and his cousin Portia Woods. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
