She was predeceased by : her parents, Torrence Smith and Nellie Melton Smith. She is survived by : her husband Samuel B. Boatwright; her son Samuel Keith Boatwright (Donald Wayne Boatwright) of Waxhaw; her siblings, Carolyn Blackwell of Gaston, SC and Frank Smith of Fort Mill, SC; and her sister-in-law Linda Boatwright Whitaker of Indian Trail.
