He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kelley Boone; his sons, Michael Boone, Phillip Boone and Kelley Boone; his siblings, Mary Jo West and Billy Conard; his grandchildren, Amanda Boone, Ashley, Alicia Boone, Michael Boone and Brittany Snyder; and his great grandchildren, Violet Szulewski, Cora Szulewski, Anthony Boone, Jack Morris, Louise Bryan and Wyatt Snyder.
