He was predeceased by : his mother Mary Magdaline Haney Justice; and his brother Gary Justice. He is survived by : his father Ernest Justice; his children, Lucinda Justice and Captain Kevin Justice (Wendy); his grandson William Justice; and his siblings, June Milner (Barry) and Charles Justice (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and aunts.
