Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Michael leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cline Haynes and Gladys Frisbee Haynes; and his sisters, Vivian Kaye Haynes and Debbie Biddy. He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Townsend; and his sister Kathy Sutton.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home - Waynesville (296 N Main St, Waynesville, NC 28786).
